About the performance

In the infinite void of the universe, a cosmos takes shape. From the vortex of ether, an idea emerges—a shimmering spark of consciousness floating in the vast emptiness until it is cast down to Earth and takes human form. Lost in the weight of the world, it longs for the gentle embrace of the universe. Determined to return, it begins gathering stars, hoarding their light in a desperate attempt to fill the void within. But no matter how many it collects, something is still missing...

The puppet performance Svetloberke explores the meanings and ideas of human existence through the medium of traditional puppetry and live video projections.
